Asian Philosophical Association (AsianPA) is established as an NGO but unofficially by philosophers from Turkey, South Korea and Japan in 2004 to promote academic and cultural relationship between scholars of mainly Asian countries. We try to encourage any scholar interested in Asian studies from any country to participate in our activities. AsianPA also publishes a journal and the proceedings of its congresses, conferences and regional symposia. We are planning to publish books also. by philosophers from Turkey, South Korea and Japan in 2004 to promote academic
and cultural relationship between scholars of mainly Asian countries. As such it is an
informal group arranged by scholars mainly in social and human sciences. We try to
encourage any scholar interested in Asian studies from any country to participate in
our activities. AsianPA also publishes a journal and the proceedings of its
congresses, conferences and regional symposia. We are planning to publish books
also. Please check our “publications” menu for details and “congresses &
